Anti-Chinese rallies in Kygrizstan

The Russian government has approved amendments to the charter of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, which provide for the possibility of granting states the status of CSTO partners or observers.
The document proposes to the president to sign a protocol on the allocation of countries with these statuses.
